DESCRIPTION:Owatonna-based Bruce Bernhart has been playing in local and regional bands for nearly 40 years. He was a regular performer at the Steele County Fair for decades with his own bluegrass band\, and played bass for the popular and highly acclaimed “Tuition Daddies” jazz trio that entertained audiences in Owatonna for more than 10 years and performed at the Minnesota State Fair. Bruce says the highlight of his musical career came when he played in Branson MO while touring with Dick Kimmel and Company. His work can be heard on many CD’s that he’s recorded with his past bands and as a contributor to other artists. These days Bruce is a solo performer with a unique style- a pure instrumentalist on acoustic guitar and mandolin\, playing a wide selection of songs and musical styles on both instruments ranging from traditional fiddle tunes to jazz standards to movie themes. He has been playing at MSB for nearly two years and appears regularly at other local venues and events. He also entertains residents at many retirement homes and assisted living centers throughout the region.

DESCRIPTION:Adam Moe is a fiddler and singer/songwriter based in Duluth\, MN. In 2012\, he started the folky-tonk duo Pushing Chain with then partner Boyd Blomberg. For the next eight years\, Pushing Chain toured the US and Canada\, playing venues big and small and gaining fans the old-fashioned way — face to face\, one at a time. Adam has been featured on radio and television\, and played some of the biggest festivals in the country\, including the 2019 Woody Guthrie Festival and the 2019 Kerrville Folk Festival. \n\n\n\nWith the onset of the 2020 pandemic\, Adam has set out on a solo career. His unique original songs backed by his tenor guitar and delivered with his clear\, bluesy tenor make for a great show. \n\n\n\nAdam believes that good music can make strangers share a table\, and he proves it every time he plays.
