Boca Chica Restaurante in St. Paul\, opened almost 60 years ago by his parents\, Guillermo and Gloria Frias\, is where Steve learned his craft. Today the Peppers & Fries burritos are made the same way Steve’s mom and dad taught him. Steve is famous for saying\, “Everything tastes better in a tortilla.”  \n\n\n\nSteve has a second food love: hamburgers. Steve appreciates burgers of all kinds\, but his favorite is the classic COLT burger – a big\, juicy patty smothered in Cheese and topped with Onion\, Lettuce\, and Tomato\, nestled between two fluffy buns.
