This however\, is not just any Alaskan Cod\, their cod is caught using hook and line which means that each fish is brought aboard individually and immediately headed\, gutted\, and flash frozen to perfectly preserve the fresh caught quality and tenderness. They hand coat it with their original recipe beer batter created by their founders over months by experimenting and fine tuning while they were in college. Batter was not the only thing they created from scratch\, their signature dipping sauces are included with every meal to complete a perfect dish.

DESCRIPTION:Bruce Bernhart has played in several bluegrass bands at the Steele County Fair over the past 35+ years\, plus various other county fairs across south-central Minnesota. \n\n\n\nBruce has also been featured playing mandolin on a number of CDs recorded by bands he’s been a part of since the early 90’s. Prior to the mandolin\, Bruce had been strumming the banjo and bass. Since then\, Bruce has mastered the lost art of flatpicking old time fiddle tunes on the guitar with no amplifier and no microphone.

SUMMARY:Adam Moe
DESCRIPTION:Adam Moe is a fiddler and singer/songwriter based in Duluth\, MN. In 2012\, he started the folky-tonk duo Pushing Chain with then partner Boyd Blomberg. For the next eight years\, Pushing Chain toured the US and Canada\, playing venues big and small and gaining fans the old-fashioned way — face to face\, one at a time. Adam has been featured on radio and television\, and played some of the biggest festivals in the country\, including the 2019 Woody Guthrie Festival and the 2019 Kerrville Folk Festival. \n\n\n\nWith the onset of the 2020 pandemic\, Adam has set out on a solo career. His unique original songs backed by his tenor guitar and delivered with his clear\, bluesy tenor make for a great show. \n\n\n\nAdam believes that good music can make strangers share a table\, and he proves it every time he plays. He’s nothing if not entertaining.
