We brew a seasonally flavored seltzer and have two varieties on tap at all times. We also have a rotating lineup of our seltzer-based alcoholic slushies. Minnesota taproom brewery licensing doesn’t allow us to sell alcoholic products from other vendors. We sell what we brew, when it comes to alcohol. Regarding nonalcoholic options, we sell Minnesota-made sodas from Northern Soda Company and a variety of nonalcoholic beers (Guinness 0.0, Heineken 0.0, Athletic Brewing Co. IPAs (<0.5%), Hop Water). We also sell a nonalcoholic Blue Raspberry slushy.

Our new location has 70+ on-site parking spots shared with the ASCEND apartment building. Additional parking is available in the Olmsted Medical Center lot on the upper East side of the ASCEND building after 5pm on weekdays and any time on the weekend. 150+ public parking spots can also be accessed on Vine Street.

We love dogs, but we have to ask that they remain on the patio and outside the building. Because we now offer Pleasant Grove Pizza Farm pizza, we’re required to keep the taproom space animal free. While on the patio, we ask that you are mindful of our other guests. We allow all well-behaved dogs on a leash on the patio and in igloos.

Yes, you can! We now have space available where we can host events even when we’re open during regular hours! We’re happy to work with you to make your event incredible. You can book a private event through our form on our Private Events request page here.

Unfortunately not at this time. We leave tables to a first come first serve basis. We do offer options for ‘special events’ which you can make a request for on our Private Event Request page, so please consider that as an option if you require a certain amount of space.

Yes, you can! We sell growlers, filled on request, with any non-Nitro beer from our taps. We’ve also recently upgraded our canning capability, canning most of our top beers available in 16oz cans depending on availability.

Yes, we do! We now offer Pleasant Grove Pizza Farm pizzas in the taproom when we don’t have a food truck. However, we work with food trucks, trying to have one every day we’re open. When we don’t have a food truck, we have a variety of snacks available at the bar.

Yes! While we try to have a food truck during mealtime hours and Pleasant Grove Pizza Farm pizza any other time, you can definitely bring in or order other food. We also have a variety of snacks available at the bar.

Mineral Springs Brewery was first named as such by Tim Pelton, Matt Kottke, and Jon Hilstad with their garage brewing hobby more than 10 years ago. The name is a nod to the ‘healing waters’ from Mineral Springs, that nourished Princess Owatonna back to health many years ago.

Absolutely! We have a family friendly environment with fun games for everyone to play and a great selection of local craft sodas and snacks.

Our brew masters have more than 20 years of brewing experience between them, though each on smaller systems than our current MSB configuration.

We brew all of our beers and seltzers in the same brewing system. The system is thoroughly cleaned between brews, and there is no gluten in our seltzer recipe, but we cannot 100% guarantee that there is no interaction with gluten, and therefore would categorize our seltzers and gluten-friendly. In terms of food, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the food trucks we work with serve a gluten free option, but depending on inventory, we do our best to offer a gluten-free Pleasant Grove Pizza available for purchase and have a separate gluten-free oven to prepare those pizzas. If we don’t have any GF pizzas in stock, our friends at Basilleos Pizza Owatonna offer a gluten-friendly pizza crust, which you can order for delivery to the brewery.
