Minnie Sota IPA

Born in the late 1800’s just east of Owatonna in the town of Bixby a young lady by the name Minnie Sota Mitchell would soon make her mark by becoming the first female elected official in Owatonna – serving 12 years as our City Clerk. Mineral Springs Brewery is honored to name our newest beer, the Minnie Sota IPA, after this trailblazer. A slight twist on the traditional West Coast IPA, this refreshing and aromatic ale will challenge you to have just one.
