The Sabra IPA is named in honor of Sabra (Whiting) Otteson, one of Owatonna’s most successful and respected business leaders. Sabra was a third generation owner of J-C Press, a company dating back to the late 1800’s. The Sabra IPA’s hint of coconut with a sweet pineapple finish sets a new bar for summertime hazy IPAs. The ‘Sabro’ hops made for an obvious connection to Sabra’s impact in Owatonna!
