In 2014, the idea of a wood-fired pizza oven to bring pizza “the way it is meant to be eaten” to the masses was born: Stephan purchased an oven on a trailer and started selling freshly baked pizzas at the Farmers Market in Zumbrota and Red Wing. Over the next few years, Farmers Markets in Lake City and Goodhue were added to the list, along with various regular stops at breweries in Rochester.
