Our family came from Maine. If you are wondering if it was to bring lobster to the people of Minnesota, well – yes it was. We just didn’t know it yet. With our roots in Maine and Minnesota; we are passionate about DELICIOUS LOBSTER ROLLS and KINDNESS. From the fresh craft baked New England style rolls, to the North Atlantic lobster meat that we stuff inside them – we know lobster rolls and can’t wait to share them with you!
