Wiste’s Meat Market has it’s roots in nearby Janesville, MN, where they’ve been in busy since 1922! The Wiste Meat Market hasn’t been voted the best meat market in southern Minnesota for nothing. They’re very popular for their smoked goods and beef jerky. They’ve also created a renowned Tri-tip seasoning you can’t get anywhere else.
They’ve taken all that makes them great and made it mobile! Their specialty item, the Tri-tip Philly Cheesesteak (seen below) will make it’s first appearance at MSB, but we already know it won’t be the last!
